WELCOME to Gainesville Virginia’s Premier Personal Training Studio and Group Fitness Center.
We’ve created a beautiful, fully-equipped, private studio where you’ll work with some of Virginia's top trainers and group fitness instructors. Our services include personalized one-on-one personal training, partner & group training, nutrition & weight loss services, and group fitness. Our group fitness classes include yoga, gentle yoga, reformer & mat pilates, kickboxing, and a host of others.
We cater to the general population, but specialize in active adults, pre & post natal women, youth, clients with health conditions and anyone who is serious about their overall health and well being.
