Tony Lewis


Educational Background:

Mr. Lewis has more than 18 years experience in the health and wellness industry to include a variety of large and
small fitness centers.  Tony is also
certified by the C.H.E.K institute. He is a certified Corrective Exercise Coach as
well as a Holistic Lifestyle Coach.

Mr. Lewis is a member of the Prince
William Chamber of Commerce, IDEA
Health & Fitness Association and the International Fitness Professionals Association and the Haymarket Chapter
of BNI (Business Networking International)
where he is the Public Relations and
Event Coordinator.

Professional Accomplishments:
His passion for health and wellness
translates in his effort to educate the
public on daily basis. He is involved and
always developing new strategy for
community efforts and involvement. He
and Designer Fitness has raised over
$50,000 through the annual Designer
Fitness 5K and Golf Tournaments for
Cancer with all proceeds going to the
Gainesville Cancer Center. He is the vice-
chair for the NACGC (National Association
of Collegiate Gospel Choirs), which raises
funds for scholarships and promotes
education.

Professional Affiliations:
He has been featured in numerous articles on health, wellness, and fitness concerns. He has co-hosted with Joe Madison on WOL and XM Radio 1450 radio during the health and wellness segment, and was a featured panel guest on the “White House Chronicles” television show discussing diabetes.

Tony's Best Health Advice: 
Get 8-9 hours of sleep. Drink half your body weight in ounces of water, and always listen to your body. Avoid as much stress as possible
