Tony has driven me to excel beyond my
expectations. With his help and guidance I was
able to drop three dress sizes and lowered my total body
fat to a healthy level in less than four months.
Being advised in proper nutrition combined with weight
training and a cardio workout just three times a week
made all the difference! In the months since shedding
the weight, I have been able to keep tone and have
further reduced my total body fat! I would highly

Fitness has been a part of my life for 4 years. Robin
has been my personal trainer for the last 2 years. We
have an agreement with each other—I will do he best I
think I can and Robin will see that I do better than
that. Robin is extremely knowledgeable about he human
body. Her knowledge and understanding of my body has
helped me achieve a level of fitness that is a major
part of my life. She understands my strengths,
weaknesses, and goals. My goal is to be healthy. Robin
keeps me focused on that goal. To have a personal
trainer like Robin makes going to the gym something to
look forward to and be excited about.

I just
wanted to thank you and especially Nick for changing my
life in the past 6 months. Before I started to work out
with Nick in January I was having anxiety attacks and
was in a slump. Last summer I wouldn’t even wear shorts
because I hated my leg, this summer I’m wearing shorts
and skirts! I even bought a bikini bathing suit. Nick
has been a great help and inspiration; I’m kind of
addicted now and look forward to working out. I would
definitely recommend Nick and your facility to any of my
