Thank you for
your help in getting my ability to ride, and ride well,
back again. My trainer was amazed and very pleased with
my progress in my riding ability. The strength and
agility difference in just a few sessions with you was
amazing. The weight loss was a great asset also.

I have been
working out three mornings per week with my trainer and
I love it, I never thought I would say I liked to work
out but I'm saying it now, it's great. I have lost 17
pounds; my body fat has gone from 95.2 to 82.2 lb.
Having my trainer here has helped so much, she
encourages me, she pushes me and she makes sure I am
doing exercises correctly so that I don't hurt myself.

A friend
introduced me to Designer Fitness after I mentioned I
wanted to get back into shape. I figured I wasn’t
getting any younger, at 42 and the longer I would wait
the harder it would become to make a lifestyle change. I
set up a meeting and met with Nick and was assigned to
Personal Trainer Kacie Sims. My first training session
was on October 5th, 2005 and we discussed what my goals
were. She took some measurements, as a benchmark, and
we began my six-month training session. During those
six months, I was faced with many challenges. Kacie was
there to get me through each one of the by keeping my
spirits high, encouraging me, and advising me of each
accomplishment no matter how large or small. At the end
of my six months, I had gone from 30 Percent body fat to
18 percent, gained 7 pounds of muscle and lost 20
pounds. I now participate in group Mat Pilates classes,
with her, and continue to enjoy her enthusiastic and
encouraging approach to fitness training.
