Yoga & Pilates (Group)

Our Yoga and Pilates Classes offer you a synergistic full body workout that emphasizes balancing your body's ability to move efficiently in your daily living activities. Most other forms of exercise are not as comprehensive or as quick to develop your body's ability to perform. We offers both Pilates Mat and Reformer Bed classes for all experience levels. Get energized for your day or decompress after work. Our classes are designed to give you a complete body workout while appealing to your senses, featuring great music, motivating instructors, and a relaxing environment.

Yoga & Pilates (Private/Duo)

 

       

 

Our private session involves one-on-one focused attention between our trainer, you and the exercise. The private session allows for a highly personalized program to be developed to meet your goals and any special needs you may have. If you have an injury or are in physical therapy, we work directly with your physical therapist, doctor or other health professionals to help you achieve optimum recovery results.
